Service Description

This pass allows you full access to all live classes via zoom. The classes will vary, we will have a mixture of energising, revigorating, yin and many more. You have an option to switch off your camera so nobody sees you or keep it on however I do ask your sound isn't on. I wanted to create a space where we could continue working on our physical and mental health together and enjoy the interaction even if its online. Thank you for your support.
