I also mentioned there was another way to help restore coherence. The other way I am referring to is a bio-resonance machine.
Up until a few months ago I had no idea what bio-resonance meant. I have had to dive deep into research to fully understand the magic of it. I had never heard of Healy and thought the only way to receive what Healy gives, was to pay a lot of money and visit either a private GP or a hospital.
Through a lot of my family members been in a medical profession and my studies in yoga and eastern science, I have always been interested in the mix between western science and hollistic medicine.
I truly believe when you can mix both of these together we will see a huge shift in medicine.
We are overly medicated these days. We suffer from bloating and sore tummies, we are prescribed IBS tablets. We are depressed or anxious, we are prescribed anti depressants or anxiety tablets. We have the slightest headache, we take paracetamol. We can’t sleep, we are given sleeping tablets. Antibiotics are flowing off the shelf because its an easy and quick fix.
IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE - I am all FOR these types of medications because they 100% have their place and in some cases IT IS NECESSARY, but not in all cases.
I spent many years suffering from poor digestion which was diagnosed as IBS. I was given tablets and was told to take them daily and when I started to take them I felt huge difference almost immediately.
However I decided one morning that I didn’t want to keep taking tablets my whole life and instead of trying to plaster up the problem I wanted to get to the root cause of the problem. I changed my lifestyle and diet and I have never had to take those pills EVER AGAIN.
My point here is yes sometimes we need the medication but other times we can do it ourselves. Our bodies are wonderful machines that have the capacity to heal itself if we allow it to. How do we allow it to? We need to bring it to a state of coherence. How do we do that? One way to do it……FREQUENCY.
