Tight hips? I got you covered.



Let's be honest we could all do with a little more of a release.

A lot of us tend to store our stress in our hips.

Some store stress in their neck and shoulders,

But majority always need a little release from our legs and hips from daily activities like walking.



Its important not to just stretch the one area but also your hamstrings, insides of the legs, quadriceps etc.


Here are a few stretches to help with any tension in these areas that are useful morning or evening.



Hold each one for a minimum of 30 seconds. Watch your form. Remember to keep your spine long, the goal isn't to touch your toes its about an effective and mindful way to get the best results. So listen to your body, feel about in the positions and the biggest tip of all - BREATHE
